My property searches are fully tailored to your specific requirements.
  • How do you work with international clients?
    I am experienced in working with clients from all over the world, and I’m fully equipped to manage the entire process online. If you’re unable to visit Andorra in person, I offer virtual property tours, remote consultations, and handle all documentation and communication digitally.   • What are your fees?
    I charge a non-refundable entry fee of 10,000€, which is paid at the start of our collaboration. Additionally, I charge a percentage of the final sale price upon closing the deal. This percentage varies between 2% and 3%, depending on the value of the transaction. I do not receive any commissions from real estate agencies, sellers, or third parties—my sole focus is representing your interests.

    I have an extensive network of trusted contacts that I’ve personally worked with as a client. These include experts in foreign investment, company formation, car importation, cleaning services, family activities, banking, insurance, interior design, and more. I don’t receive any commissions from these providers, and connecting you with them comes at no extra cost to you. My goal is to offer you comprehensive support throughout your transition to Andorra, making the process as smooth as possible.
  • How long does the property buying process typically take in Andorra?
    The duration of the property buying process can vary depending on factors such as the type of property, legal requirements, and negotiations. Transactions that require approval from the foreign investment authorities typically take around 2 to 3 months. I will connect you with trusted experts in foreign investment to guide you through all the necessary procedures, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient. I’ll keep you informed at every stage, managing the timeline effectively.
  • Can you help with rental properties while we search for a home to buy?
    Yes, if you need a temporary place to stay while we search for your ideal property, I can assist in finding rental options that meet your requirements. I work with local agencies and private owners to provide flexible solutions for short- or long-term rentals.
  • Do you provide confidentiality agreements (NDAs) for your services?
    Yes, I take confidentiality very seriously. For clients who require an additional layer of privacy, I am happy to provide and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the beginning of our collaboration. This ensures that all personal information, transactions, and details of the property search process remain strictly confidential.
